In 2021-22, the Honors College launched the inaugural class of the C2C Leadership Academy. This rigorous, yearlong leadership development program engages students in monthly, interactive seminars led by industry professionals and subject matter experts. In addition, participants strive to build a strong network, engage in job shadowing and mentorship with prominent valley leaders, conduct informational interviews and more. Participants contribute to various service projects within the community, and plan and execute the Annual Next Generation Leadership Conference.
